Employee Productivity is never 100%. Most small-to-mid sized businesses estimate it company-wide at between 65% to 80%. The exact number is not as important as realizing there’s almost always room for improvement.
Productivity can vary widely across different job types and some jobs have more P&L impact than others.
This calculator is a general ‘company-wide / global’ calculation that can be used to assess the potential value of HR on employee productivity.
